RESIDENTIAL

*Our 100% Guarantee States*
That if you are not satisfied please call us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will come out and re-clean the area in question. Any calls or statements after the 24-hour period will be considered null and void.

*Our Policy on Payments*
We require the day of the scheduled cleaning. Place agreed upon payment in an envelope on kitchen counter marked Dana's Cleaning. If no payment is left in the designated area we will have to reschedule your cleaning at our earliest convenience. There will also be a charge of 1/2 of your regular cleaning. Within the upcoming weeks we will be accepting credit cards thru Paypal (an online service).

*Our Policy on Cancellations*
We need at least 2 days advance notice of cancellations. We have clients that are on hold for our services and we can possibly work them into our schedule if we have advance notice from you. We understand emergencies and know sometimes that life happens, but we have a schedule of weekly income that we must rely on for the business to flourish. This also interrupts our maintenance schedule on your home. Missing that one day requires more work for the next 2 week or month clean. So please allow 2 days notice.

*Lock Out Policy*
If for any reason we cannot gain entry into your home on your scheduled cleaning date there will be a $25.00 lock out charge.

*Returned Check Policy*
Any returned checks will have a charge of $30.00. Sorry for the inconvenience, but these situations have come up and we need to protect our business from clients that may not be serious.

COMMERCIAL

We can invoice daily, weekly or monthly,  depending on the arrangement made.  We will suspend services after a 45 day "NO PAY"
